KTM 390 ADVENTURE: 2022 UPDATES

Adventure is not about how big your engine is…

Adventure is a state of mind.

It was at Eicma 2019 when KTM showed its new 390 adventure – the Austrian manufacturer took the highly popular 390 Duke naked bike and made a whole new adventure bike out of it – and the crowd loved it! The 390 adventure has become pretty popular in a relatively short time, making the adventure experience accessible for more riders, proving it has the same DNA as his bigger brothers.

Ktm 390 adventure 2022 – improved electronics, new graphics, and more

Now, 3 years after the introduction, KTM decided to make the good even better and gave the 390 adventure some important updates.

Start with the new graphics that look pretty good if you ask for our opinion – we can even recognize some colors from the 2022 enduro bike lineup on this small adv bike.

Second, are the electronics – the 390 now has 2 new traction control modes – STREET and OFFROAD – Selecting OFFROAD from STREET will give the KTM a degree of rear-wheel slip to enable even easier use of the bike in loose or wet terrain.

Third, are the wheels – for 2022, the 390 adventure gets even more robust cast wheels with five spokes instead of six, increasing stiffness and resistance for the rims.

if it ain’t broke don’t fix it

As for the engine, it’s the same single-cylinder, 4-stroke with 43 hp and 37 Nm of torque and if you ever had a chance to ride it – you know it’s a great little engine that can create a lot of fun! We did and we liked it – both on the road and off-road.
